4. Compliance Notice

All credit repair services follow the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), Telephone Sales Rule (TSR), and E-SIGN requirements.
No fees are billed before service performance.

5. No Legal, Tax, or Financial Advice

Content on the website and in client communication is for education only. Users must consult licensed professionals for legal, tax, lending, or financial advice.

6. User Responsibilities

9. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel services at any time via written notice. Fees for work already performed remain due. Client portal access may be discontinued after cancellation.

Users agree to receive email, SMS, automated notifications, and phone calls related to their service. Consent may be revoked with written notice.

11. Electronic Documents and Signatures

By enrolling, users agree to receive agreements, disclosures, notices, and signatures electronically as permitted by the E-SIGN Act.
